You can view your fleet / assets or people via any internet accessible browser system via our web portal – locate.trakpro.com.au. Alternatively you can access our platform on your mobile via our free application “Trakpro Plus” available on the iTunes or Android app stores.

Yes. The website is a fully featured version of Trakpro and allows every feature to be accessed, viewed and used.
Our mobile application on the other hand is a smaller pocket size version of our main website, allow you more simple access to view your fleet on the go.
Absolutely! Our free mobile application (Trakpro Plus) has been designed to allow push notifications to your smart phone.
You can also receive unlimited email notifications and a limited number of SMS’s per month.
Trakpro has two default plans which are our:
On demand tracking plan which pings approximately every half an hour.
Our live tracking plan which pings approximately every minute.
We recommend our on demand plan for personal vehicles and our live plan for company vehicles I.E. company fleets.
We can also update the device locations quicker than these standard intervals, please give us a call or shoot us an email to discuss options.
Trakpro has in-house installation technicians that can install your device. We also work with a few different installation companies Australia wide for areas where Trakpro does not have technicians on the ground. You may also opt to use your own installation company if desired.
Trakpro’s devices can be self installed. We have two different options in terms of units, these being our hardwired units and our plug and play units. Our plug and play units are fairly easy and straight forward to install, whereas our hardwired units are recommended to be installed by a professional as wiring is required.
